What is the Downtime Tracking System?

The Downtime Tracking System lets operators scan QR codes at machines to start and stop downtime events. Supervisors can view open events in the Supervisor Queue and managers can analyze historical downtime patterns. The system provides a fast start option and a full setup wizard for more control.

Note: This is the operational Downtime Tracking System, not the legacy Downtime Log report. For the legacy report see /lite/help/downtime.
