Operator Flow
Operators do not need an account—scan, start, pick a reason, and stop when fixed.
What operators do
Scan the QR code at the machine, confirm the asset, and tap Start Event. Pick a category and reason, then tap Stop Event when resolved.
1 Scan the QR code
Scan or open the link printed at the machine to reach the asset-specific page.

2 Start the event
Confirm the asset and tap Start Event to log the start time.

3 Select category and reason
Choose the category and reason that best describes the downtime.

4 Stop the event
When resolved, return to the link and tap Stop Event to capture stop time.

Tips
- If you forget to stop, ask a supervisor to close the event.
- Use the copy-link feature as a backup if QR scanning fails.
