Lists open and recent events, shows escalation flags, and allows manual close and acknowledgments.
1 Open the Supervisor Queue
From the system detail page, open the Supervisor Queue to see active events.

2 Review open events
See asset, duration, category/reason, and escalation status for each event.

3 Manually close an event
Enter a close reason, confirm, and the event will be closed from the queue.

- Review the queue at shift change and prioritize escalated events first.
