Evidence Packages for Audits
For formal external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), generate a comprehensive evidence package that provides complete traceability.
- Select a date range to include in the evidence package
- The package exports all submissions, photos, sign-offs, actions, reports, and version changes
- Provides complete traceability from operator check to QM review to management sign-off
Tips & Best Practices
- Run the weekly audit every Monday for the previous week to maintain a consistent review rhythm.
- AI reports are bilingual -- they respond in the system's default locale.
- Use QM notes to document context that data alone does not capture.
- Keep the evidence package workflow for quarterly or annual audits.
